Jason deVos
Founder & CEO
I’ve spent more than three decades working in leadership roles in sport, as a player, coach, executive, and consultant. Along the way, I’ve learned that titles don’t matter nearly as much as trust, consistency, and clarity. People need structure. Teams need purpose. And organizations need leaders who do what they say they’re going to do.
I founded ALTiVIS Performance Partners to support organizations that want to lead with intention and operate efficiently. The work is straightforward: help leaders perform better, help systems run smoother, and help organizations stay focused on what matters. Whether it’s restructuring a leadership team, developing a strategic plan, redesigning operations, or fixing a culture that’s broken, my role is to bring clarity, ask the hard questions, and make sure things get done the right way.
Before ALTiVIS, I served as Director of Development at Canada Soccer and as an Assistant Coach at Toronto FC. I also spent years in front of the camera as a soccer analyst, and earlier in life, captained Canada’s Men’s National Team. These experiences gave me a wide lens and a deep appreciation for the people doing the work behind the scenes.
I’m currently completing my Executive MBA at Ivey Business School, which has sharpened how I approach strategy, operations, and leadership development. But most of what I rely on day-to-day still comes back to experience; listening more than talking, doing more than saying, and working with people who care about getting better.
